Step 1: Guest pre-registers with a pin-code before arrival, or registers onsite to get a pin-code
Step 2: System identifies guest
Step 3: System automatically prints out a guest badge with a unique WiFi login details on; at the same time, relevant company staff is informed about guest visit via the system
Step 4: Guest connects to Wifi and gains access to the assigned meeting facilities; before guest’s visitor badge was printed, he/she has no access right to the facilities.
Step 5: Have a nice meeting!
The system traces guest’s location by information from WiFi infrastructure. The system integrated with Azure AD and exchange online to access identity and meeting room’s resource calendar. If user who scheduled a meeting with meeting room resources and walking to the WiFi coverage of meeting rooms, the system trigger a check in and show in the dashboard.
